Our intent with these emails is to shine a spotlight on our big ticket items, so that you are ready to hit the ground running when you arrive. Rest assured that the Convergence website remains the central hub of all online information pertaining to this event, so be sure to have that site bookmarked and accessible from whatever device you choose, and visit often to sift through all the details of the event.

This edition is centered around all the ways to connect with the valued partners that help make Convergence possible: our sponsors and exhibitors! Read on to find out how you can catch a glimpse of A World Ahead—before, during and after the conference.
Sponsors and Exhibitors at Convergence:
Your Ticket to the Community

As the premier international meeting place for the Microsoft Dynamics community, Convergence is where you find new product releases, best practices and where business relationships and partnerships are developed and strengthened. And there's no better place to experience the community than in the Expo Experience. As the current title holder of 'the largest Microsoft expo on the planet', Microsoft partners, ISV's, technology partners and vendors come together in one room called the Convergence Experience Center (it's a really big room!) to meet with you, discuss your business needs, and envision the future. But with so many opportunities, how do you determine how to prioritize your time?

Start first by visiting the Expo page on the Convergence website. Not only will you find a listing of all the sponsors and exhibitors who will be waiting for you, but you'll also find a listing that provides drill downs into specific countries supported, verticals, services and products supported. If you're looking for a specific vertical application or service to augment your present deployment, take the time now to do your research. Want to check out who the go-to folks are for cloud computing? Are you interested in a product that targets your needs in the food and beverage industry? Is your company based in Belgium and you're tasked with finding an application for your local customization needs? Dig in and find out!

Once the onsite experience begins in New Orleans, we've got robust hours for the Expo Experience each day of the event—it's just a matter of dedicating the time to explore! We've taken the first step by setting aside Monday evening, March 18, as the Convergence Experience Reception from 6:00 to 9:00pm. Visit, discuss, investigate and learn as we devote time in the Convergence agenda to spotlighting our exhibitors. Then, for the remaining days of the conference, just know that the expo is open and representatives are standing by to hear more about your business and to discuss your needs. Simply check the Convergence Agenda for operating hours.

You're also provided the opportunity to dig even deeper into the solutions, services and technology that you're most interested in. Sponsor Sessions take place midday on Wednesday, March 20 and Thursday, March 21. With 60 minutes set aside for our sponsors to educate and inform, you'll have the tough decision to make on which sessions to attend. Visit the Session Catalog or login to Schedule Builder to see who'll be at the podium and what they'll be talking about.

In the next edition of this newsletter, we'll shake out the latest information on the big shows: keynotes, general sessions and evening events.
